Events

We periodically host live events for both the general public and Nominee Members. You can find all of our scheduled events and past event recordings in the Events section. We offer a variety of events.

Panels

During our panels, we will invite a group of experienced professionals to have a moderated discussion on a specific topic that is relevant to our members. Our panelists will bring their unique experiences and expertise to the conversation, enriching the discussion with a range of viewpoints. Members will have an opportunity to ask the panelists questions, further deepening their understanding of the topic. We believe that this format will provide a valuable learning experience for our members, and we are excited to see the takeaways that emerge from these discussions.

Workshops

Workshops are an excellent way for members to acquire and hone specific skills. Attending a workshop provides participants with a unique opportunity to engage in a hands-on approach where they can actively apply the tools they learn to their own experiences. Workshops will provide our Members a deeper understanding of the topic at hand and allow them to interact with and receive live feedback from the facilitator.

Live Courses

We believe that it is essential for our Nominee Members to have access to a variety of learning opportunities, which is why we will be offering some of our structured courses in a live format. This will allow our members to engage with the material in a more dynamic way, as they will have the opportunity to interact with the instructor and other members in real-time. Additionally, this format will enable our members to deepen their understanding of the subject matter, as they will be able to ask questions and receive immediate feedback.

Group Mentorship

During our beta, we discovered the challenges of scheduling 1:1 sessions with politicians who already have a lot on their plate. To better facilitate Mentorship opportunities, we’re experimenting with pre-scheduled Mentorship hours that any Member will have an opportunity to join in a group format. This will allow for better use of politicians' time and benefit more of our members. Additionally, this format may facilitate connections and open opportunities with political figures that may not have been sought out otherwise.

Town Halls

In order to foster a stronger sense of community engagement, we will be organizing and hosting a series of town hall meetings throughout the year. During these events, members will be invited to participate in an open and honest dialogue with both their fellow community members and elected officials, with the goal of promoting greater understanding and collaboration around important topics that affect us all. By providing a space for open conversation and debate, we hope to empower members to take an active role in shaping the future of our governments, and to deepen our collective commitment to building a more just and equitable society.
